The single-girder overhead bridge crane is the main solution for light to medium-light operations, with loads up to 30 t, where you want to minimize the space between the rails and the building truss and have a solution that is normally more affordable than an equivalent double-girder overhead crane.

The single-girder crane can be equipped with a rope hoist, in a normal or low headroom configuration, or with a chain hoist, for lighter services or to reduce overall dimensions and maximize hook height of lift.
